This Capture The Flag (CTF) competition is operated by the Ohio Cyber Range Institute (OCRI) for educational and training purposes. By registering for and participating in this CTF, you agree to the following terms:
- Authorized Use Only Participants may interact only with systems, challenges, and infrastructure explicitly provided as part of this CTF. Any attempt to scan, attack, disrupt, or access systems outside the authorized environment is strictly prohibited.
- Fair Play Participants must not:
Share flags, solutions, or credentials with others Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the CTF platform itself (CTFd, scoreboard, user accounts) Intentionally interfere with other teams’ progress
Violations may result in disqualification. 3. Accounts and Teams Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts. Only one account per individual is allowed unless explicitly approved by the organizers. 4. Logging and Monitoring System activity may be logged and monitored for security, troubleshooting, and academic evaluation purposes. 5. Educational Environment This CTF is intended for learning and skill development. Use of automated tooling is permitted unless explicitly restricted by a challenge’s rules. 6. Availability and Reliability OCRI makes reasonable efforts to ensure system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. No liability is assumed for data loss, score changes, or service interruptions. 7. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, abusive behavior, or academic dishonesty will not be tolerated. 8. Agreement By continuing to use this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
